Is your Base reachable over LAN? Can you locate it in the routers IP statistics? Can you find it using the DOMIQ/Discover tool? If so, then 2x click on Base's IP in order to run the logs window, then reboot the Base by turning it off and then turning it on. Then gather logs for about 10 minutes and after that send them to us via e-mail (info at domiq.pl)
